The attendance at the baseball game was appropriate. Baseball is like a religion in Cuba, and the game with the Rays was significant. Yucking it up with the wave, etc was not. Insisting on a moment of silence for the Belgian victims or doing one before entering the game would've been Presidential.
Instead, what we get is President Nero fiddling while Rome burns.
