I just head Cruz telling BOR that Trump can’t get beyond 40 percent, and that is why he, Cruz, will gain the 1237 delegates needed to win by time the primaries are over.
Even if Cruz takes all 40 UT delegates, Trump still gains 18 delegates to add to his already 300+ lead on Cruz.
Next up is WI on April 5th, 42 Winner Take All. Haven’t seen any polling from WI.
Then NY on April 19th. Last poll I saw had Trump at 65 and Cruz at 13, and Kasich at 1 percent. If that lead holds, Trump will take all 95 delegates.
After that there is on April 26th,
CT 28 proportional
DE 16 WTA
MD 38 WTA
PA 71 proportional/winner take most
RI 19 proportional
total 172
I don’t think Cruz will play well in any of these states, and Trump will take the bulk of them.
With the 172 plus 95 from NY a total of 277, Trump may well take 230+ of them.
If that happens, Cruz will be in the same position as Kasich, mathematically impossible to win.
What about ND- Apr 1?
The schedule I was looking at had ND listed for March 1st, but it is April 1st like you say. Haven’t seen any polling. It’s a caucus state, and Cruz usually does better in those. There are 28 delegates. I’m not sure how these delegates are proportioned, some sites say they are all unbound, some say otherwise.

Cruz has indeed lost his mind.
I don’t think trump is a biblical character. Seriously though it looks like he has won He now needs to figure out how to put together a winning coalition I hope he changes tone and starts to take on issues and lose the insults. I don’t want Hillary in the White House
I hope I am pleasantly surprised and he really is a constitutional conservative but right now I’m pretty skeptical Will see what happens.... But he needs to start building now
