Well, they got the point and redirected the link to somewhere else.
It was up for several hours after the bombing, though apparently they soon disconnected the actual calling function (it would ring a telephone mounted in a sidewalk-located advertisement, hoping that someone would answer and tell the caller how wonderful and _safe_ Brussels was). Then the hashtag got inundated with insults on Twitter for a while.
Oh, to know what the bureaucrats/advertisers tasked with maintaining that site thought as they shut it down...
