This is really quite shocking if it is true. It is difficult not to think about for instance such coincidences like brothers in Boston, and brothers in Brussels...

I imagine the Russians and/or Belorussians tried to warn the EU. I imagine Merkel responded just like Obama did with the Boston Marathon attacks: “Don’t give us information that doesn’t support the narrative. Multiculturalism is far more important than a few dozen lives, if it’s just the little people.”
