The teleprompter was skewed downward, not in use. It was there for other speakers. Trump did not use it.

Excuse me. I think I was wrong to assume that because of the way teleprompters looked that they weren’t in use. Obama also has his teleprompters skewed downward. However, Trump didn’t seem like he was using them.
