Carrying either knives or guns in NY has been illegal since 1911 due to the infamous "Sullivan Act".
Hasn't worked out that well, but I am certain the liberals think we "just need to give it enough time to work".
If you had a child who was clinically diagnosed retarded, you would witness 1st hand the amount of damage done to that segment of the population as a result of the pervasive use of the term 'retard'.
In that circumstance, I would hope that your comment would be considerably less than sarcastic.
Especially given JimRob's circumstance, I have always hoped that he would respond differently than he has to persistent use of the term on his site.
