PALM SUNDAY

Matthew 21.1 - 11

1 And when they drew nigh unto Jerusalem, and were come to Bethphage, unto the mount of Olives, then sent Jesus two disciples,

2 Saying unto them, Go into the village over against you, and straightway ye shall find an ass tied, and a colt with her: loose them, and bring them unto me.

3 And if any man say ought unto you, ye shall say, The Lord hath need of them; and straightway he will send them.

4 All this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying,

5 Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Behold, thy King cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass.

6 And the disciples went, and did as Jesus commanded them,

7 And brought the ass, and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and they set him thereon.

8 And a very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the trees, and strawed them in the way.

9 And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest.

10 And when he was come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, Who is this?

11 And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee.

The plow guy just finished removing almost a foot of snow from my driveway. Your 4th Avenue cam should show everything white!

Did you have some sun today? Kids get outside to run around?

Hey there, Kathy.
Yes, I checked the cam after seeing your post on the other thread about the snowfall today and saw a LOT of snow! What a way to begin the first day of Spring, huh? LOL

Today was a little sunny and not too chilly. Warm enough for the kiddos to get outside for a while. It’s getting cold now as a cold front comes in. Could get some snow flurries tomorrow evening and the overnight low will be around the freezing mark. After the warm week we’ve had, this HURTS!

Were you able to get the corner in the garage cleaned up today?

Never made it downstairs....I will go down in the morning. First task of the day. I did get some shelves installed in my closet. I bought 36” shelves thinking I had a 37” space. I thunk wrong...36” just barely. Had to take them apart and put them back together in place, with a large shoehorn, to get them to work. Pretty frustrating and it took 3 times as long.

Then shoveled 8” of snow off the deck while half a dozen ducks watched me, waiting for some cracked corn. The container is almost empty, so tomorrow will be bringing more up a couple bucket loads at a time.

Well, at least you got one chore checked off your list, even if it was a pain in the hiney.

Did the ducks fuss at you while they waited for you to clean the snow off the deck? They can be impatient lil buggers at times. LOL!

Still freaking out that you have all that snow after getting so little all winter long!
