Law enforcement dont just kill someone whether they ask for it or not. If they do it is still murder.

They knew who he was.
They knew where he was living and where he was going.
His driving posed no kind of threat until he was boxed in.
And no one had been involved with any kind of life-threatening felony.

Just because he said they were going to have to kill him didnt give them the freedom to do so or even make it necessary.

The killing of LaVoy Finicum was an un-necessary killing of an American made justified by following the letter of the law, the lawful orders of legitimate authorities to decieve and drive a man into a box with a more than probable outcome, then deemed it justified by the very government that created the monsters that shot him in the back three times.

Laovy Finicum was murdered or executed. The police improperly used deadly force and were trying to create a circumstance to justify the killing.
