“Donald Trump is a type of Samson: Doesnt drink, has wild hair, chases foreign women, gets really upset if the treat him unfairly, really good a slaying Philistines, and brings down the Temple of Dagon.”
Lol. Well done. I have to give you credit for that one.

RE:”
Getting pretty tired of all the silly comparisons of Trump to historical figures.” ???
Trump warned GWB of Sept 11 attack, and to not invade Iraq.
Trump warned Roosevelt that the Japanese would attack Pearl Harbor unless he backed off on the oil embargo
Trump warned General Custard of the ambush by the Indians.
Trump warned Eisenhower of the German assault on the Ardennes 1944/1945.
Trump warned the Texans of the Alamo ambush.
This man has the powers of seeing the future.
He is HISTORY!

I’ve been saying for months that he is at least in the CHARACTER of Cyrus.

“I would say the Trump is more of a modern Teddy Roosevelt.”
Teddy was a big fan of foreign wars. Trump, not so much.

I can only speak for myself. I'm attracted to Trump because he seems to be the only candidate that has compassion for Americans - I don't care about his glitz. I will admit, he has a 'caustic tongue' at times, but we've had a smooth talker in the WH for eight years, leading us over a cliff.
I'm probably one of the few Trump supporters, that would support any candidate that comes out of the GOP convention, but only Trump with passion.
May God have mercy on this country, the future seems wrought with fury;

Yeah, it means you think Trump is “the most physically attractive” and therefore you need glasses....

Yep, this election cycle I have watched as a strong delusion seems to be over this nation, nothing makes sense. I would love to believe Trump is going to be used to help believers but I can’t help but wonder if he is being used to punish us.

Wasn’t the rebuilt Temple in Jerusalem that Cyrus had decreed be rebuilt by the Israelites, surrounded by a very large wall to protect it?

Everyone gets distracted and flummoxed by the Trump Persona.
Trump could be a standard washrag or ShamWow. Who Cares.
He is riding a wave in US Political discourse. His role could be filled by anyone; he’s there and has the stones to follow through.
In the end; he’s an asshole. But, he is the man for this moment.

The Judeans in Babylon were there because of Gods judgment against them for the abominations they practiced, especially child sacrifice. The judgment against the nations for that is invasion and conquest. The Jews in Babylon were the remnant believers. Daniel was there. Cyrus is a good example for dominionists because he is a conquering king who is used by God to free the Israelite remnant and send them home with supplies to worship the One True God. If anyone thinks that America deserves this now, they are being delusional. There has been no revival as in the time of Josiah and Gods wrath has not been unleashed. The world is united in practicing pre-born genocide, and the shedding of innocent blood flows through the streets of civilizations/s all over the globe. This article seems like a false teaching of blessing when in fact the nations should be warned of the coming fall. Jeremiah penned the sin of the House of Israel and the House of Judah was spiritual adultery. God called both houses harlots. 200 years prior to the House of Judah (tribes of Judah and Benjamin), being taken to Babylon, God sent the House of Israel, 10 Northern tribes, Samaria, into captivity to the Assyrian king.
It was of the House of Judah along with Benjamin that Cyrus sent back to Jerusalem to rebuild the temple... The House of Israel is reference by Christ as the 'lost sheep' of the house of Israel. Part of their punishment was their generations would not know who they are. Hosea.

Thought this all along.
We prayed for a strong leader. His name is TRUMP.
And, we’re trying to kill him off.
Go figure. A stiff necked people, we are.

"How about a modern PT Barnum?"I said a few months ago that Trump is a mix of P.T. Barnum and Elmer Gantry. Shortly after that, Newt Gingrich said that he was a strange mix of PT Barnum, Alexander the Great, and Theodore Roosevelt. Welcome to the club.
