Is there ever going to come a time before the election (after the election there will be much weeping, wailing, rending of a rainments and gnashing of teeth when the inescapable truth dawns) when conservatives will stop making fools of themselves over Donald Trump?

An apter question is, "Why do so many still support Cruz when he's been making it clear than , rather than allow what the People really seem to want (Trump came into the race honestly and not because of what some other politicians/elitists planned) by shooting to stop Trump with either a contested or brokered convention despite what the People seem to be telling him?

They claim trump is pompous and narcissistic, but here we have Cruz telling us we're not smart enough to make the choice because he knows what we really want and need.

He may as well be Kasich's teammate which makes him no better than Barbour and those who shoved it up folks arses in Mississippi.

At this point, Rubio demonstrated more class by getting out of the way.

The subject matter of this thread is the second, third, or even fourth gaffe made by Donald Trump in the area of foreign policy and preparedness. If you read the thread you will read the most preposterous defenses raised to explain Donald blunders (e.g. he is misleading the media).

I can make no more of your reply than even though Donald Trump is a foreign policy and preparedness ignoramus (forgetting about how he lied about being opposed to the Iraq war) it is all Ted Cruz' fault because he will not drop out.
