Look, I’m getting sick of this crap. Trump is not inciting violence. The disruptors are leftist thugs who are trespassing and trying to start fights. All they gotta do to avoid it is stay out! They deserve whatever comes to them when they trespass and or commit other crimes. Reagan was never shy about tossing the bastards out on their keisters. Never knew you to be such a wimp. Defend your turf or lose it.

Look, I’m getting sick of this crap. Trump is not inciting violence.

Instructing his following with words like "So if you see somebody getting ready to throw a tomato, knock the crap out of them, would you? Seriously, just knock the hell... I promise you, I'll pay for the legal fees, I promise" you think these words aren't inciting violence? Why should anyone be surprised when his followers do what he's suggesting, and then some in the zeal of the moment?

The disruptors are leftist thugs who are trespassing and trying to start fights.

Indeed, some of them paid. If Trump and his people didn't know it then they've got a screw loose. I guarantee you the Secret Service did. He said just before the statement quoted above that this was in response to advice from his security people that the protesters had tomatoes. So at that point, shouldn't we call his choice of words premeditated? If they were, why wouldn't he be accountable for the consequences of following his instructions?

In fact, what you are effectively saying is that a violent response would be appropriate. In my judgement, while it is politically astute in terms of monopolizing air time, it is strategically damaging both to conservatism and to the Presidency.

If instead he'd said "Ladies and gentlemen, you have my permission to physically restrain these morons until we can get security there. If they fight you, please defend yourselves appropriately until we can get security there, no unnecessary violence please" nobody would have a beef, certainly not me. Even the police don't have permission to "knock the crap" out of the people they arrest unless they physically resist. Excessive force by a law enforcement officer is a crime.

So if Trump was prepared for this and he said what he did, I would call this deliberate. Given the disparity between what he said and my hypothetical, he must want the consequences. Why then is such so bothersome to you? HE WANTED THESE RESULTS. It controls what's on TV. Nobody is talking about his record or his policies. That would hurt him.

They deserve whatever comes to them when they trespass and or commit other crimes.

Death too? For trespassing and inciting a public disturbance? With the number of people who carry concealed these days, such rhetoric could easily get there in such a public scrum under less controlled circumstances.

Never knew you to be such a wimp. Defend your turf or lose it.

Oh please. There's handling confrontation with authority and then there's stupidity in letting things get out of hand, thus needlessly handing your enemies a weapon to use against you. You yourself Jim place limits on speech here at FR for similar reasons:

Please enjoy our forum, but also please remember to use common courtesy when posting and refrain from posting personal attacks, profanity, vulgarity, threats, racial or religious bigotry, or any other materials offensive or otherwise inappropriate for a conservative family audience. Trump is vulgar. Reagan would NEVER have used such an instruction, and certainly never offered innuendo about a woman's menses. It demeans the office of the Presidency. There are more effective ways of dressing down the Slave Party than cuss words. Getting vulgar only provides material that helps the Democrats and our enemies. Ever since Donald Trump announced for office, those wise standards have deteriorated considerably, even here. No other candidate engages in such coarse and aggressive innuendo. Trump is indeed a leader, and the affects on his following are obvious: Instead of defending what he said or did, they attack the messenger. That he has alienated so much of the conservative base is STUPID when it comes to turnout in a general election, as his negatives even within the Republican Party indicate. Guess what he would have to do to win the general election? Run left. If he wins, he will go back to being functionally a Democrat. His touchback amnesty sham will assure that he gets enough votes to stay that way. He won't need conservatives and won't need to bother with even acting like one.
