The most stunning part of this whole storyline is perhaps not that liberals got violent trying to stop him: It’s that Trump’s GOP primary opponents, Sens. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)97% and Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL)79% and Ohio Gov. John Kasich, blamed him and not the violent liberals for the chaos.
After that, the media spread false reports, Trump noted, that he was supposedly canceling more rallies on Saturday—including one in Cincinnati. Trump wasn’t canceling any rallies. “The rally in Cincinnati is ON. Media put out false reports that it was cancelled. Will be great – love you Ohio!” Trump Tweeted.
In Dayton, Ohio, earlier in the day, a protester reached out at Trump, prompting Secret Service to jump on stage to his defense—and remove the agitator from the audience.
Trump, unfazed, responded forcefully: “Thank you for the warning. I was ready for him, but it’s much easier if the cops do it, don’t we agree? What a great job!” Then he continued speaking to Ohioans.
It turns out, according to Trump, that the person may have had ties to ISIS, the Islamic State terrorist organization.

These ratings (97% and 79%) are just another example of the flawed, simplistic nonsense put out by so-called “conservative organizations.” Just WTF have either of these men done that’s substantive? They get these “ratings” simply by opening their mouths, and not because they’ve done one damned thing in the US Senate that’s made anyone’s life any better! But Oh, they have “principles!” Good, with their principles and a buck, you can buy a cup of coffee if you’re lucky. They both use Conservatism to get ahead in politics without delivering anything of value. “Principled Conservatives” like this pack of crap at the National Review have been BSing us all for decades, and it’s only because Donald Trump came along and threw a bomb in their political outhouse, that any of us, myself included, now have an incling as to what’s been going on for most of our lives.

It is fitting that Obama’s home state of Illinois would be where the organized campaign to stain Trump would begin because folks, this is only the beginning unfortunately.
Instead of supporting the consistent leader of the Republican party, this whole campaign has become a “STOP TRUMP ONLY campaign and this bodes very poorly for the United States political system.
While everybody is going out of their way to paint Trump as a Fascist, bigoted, Racist, White Capitalist Pig, they intentionally ignore the substance of the critical issues.
The organized campaign to weaken then cause the electorate to reject him is a sad tale not from 2016 but rather something out of 1912.
All these attacks on Trump only strengthen my resolve to see he gets a fair election process and then beats (oh, not literally) the pants off all opponents.
