If Cruz was the unbeatable juggernaut you think he is, Trump would now be splitting the table scraps with Rubio and Kasich, while Ted was running toward the goal line.

Face facts. He’s just doesn’t have what it takes to draw the people to him.

Yeah, this is a disastrous poll for Rubio, and the pressure to get out BEFORE Tuesday is going to get even greater now. This actually is a good thing for those of us who don’t want Trump. If Rubio gets out tomorrow or Monday, Cruz will win NC, MZ, and IL!

“No one cares about you Cruz people anymore. You have a stench about you.”

Yep, you are a perfect match for Trump, as you are as insulting and obnoxious as he is.

These people will never understand that long after this race is over, Cruz will still have his dignity and Trump will not or never had any dignity. Trump deserves the supporters he has, who are similar in character.

If Trump wins the presidency, of which, is very possible, his term in office will be one of chaos, blame throwing, tension and worse. They have no clue how betrayed they will be. A candidate who speaks strictly in stream of consciousness will also govern that way. One day conservative, one day moderate and one day liberal. What a mess it will be.

Yep, you are a perfect match for Trump -— I take that as a complement. Your guy makes excuses for BLM.

If someone , Cruz , a politician , has nothing sensible to say he should STFU .

In that case he made a very wrong , stupid and vicious statement trying to use the violence of thugs , activists ( and among them probably also islamists ) against his rival Trump .
Cruz is sounding exactly like the establishment and the voice of the MSM machine . He is a tool with no backbone , a caricature of “conservative” . He deserves to lose and he will lose

My poor

1/Only idiots never change their mind in certain domain .
2/Nobody told that Trump was perfect BUT , here and now , he is the only one who took firm and consistent stances on some main issues
3/Don’t know if you get out from your backyard sometimes BUT the world is in a super mess , a kind of endemic low level war and it’s not going to decrease if you close your eyes and sing Kumbaya with Cruz Clinton and Obama ! It’s going to be way worse !
SOMETIMES it’s better to FIGHT in order to stop a growing disaster . Crying babies should understand that if they want to grow .

CRUZ has lost his dignity already . Case closed

Did Cruz, or did he not say that the protestors were responsible for their actions and the violence that happened before criticizing Mr. Trump for his tone?

***

Oh yeah, the vaunted ‘Yeah, but’ statement.

When a politician uses this statement, everything before the word ‘but’ can be safely ignored.

That kind of thing was BS when I tried it as a toddler and it’s even worse BS when God-King Cruz tries to use it here.

At least when I was three, I was just trying to get out of punishment for shoving someone on the playground. Cruz is outright saying that Trump’s supporters deserve to get assaulted in the streets because he doesn’t like Trump’s tone.

It’s contemptible and disgusting.

Tell you what.

I’ll criticize Trump’s statements when I hear you taking your god-king Cruz to task for his disgusting commentary about Trump’s supporters being assaulted in the streets.

Donald J. trump:

From the mouth of Donald Trump:

January 23 - “I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn’t lose voters.”

November 22, “Maybe he should have been roughed up . . . “

February 1 - “If you see somebody getting ready to throw a tomato, knock the crap out of them, just knock the hell out of them. I promise you, I will pay for the legal fees.”

February 23 - “I’d like to punch him in the face, I tell ya.”

“I love the old days. You know what they used to do to guys like that when they were in a place like this? They’d be carried out on a stretcher, folks.”

Now, Sen. Ted Cruz:

This is exactly what Cruz said.

“It is my hope that going forward we will have a substantive, issue-based discussion, where we can have differences about how we turn this country around, that we do so in a way that appeals to our better angels instead of our worst instincts,” Cruz continued. “That seeks to pull us together, and unite us, instead of tear us apart. You know, we’ve seen for seven years a president who often at times of crisis, has sought to divide us, sought to divide us on ethnic lines, on religious lines, on class lines. America’s better than this. We don’t have to tear each other apart.”

Asked if Trump should have gone ahead with the rally, Cruz paused for a moment, then said the decision should have been based on public safety.

“But I think a campaign bears responsibility for creating an environment when the candidate urges supporters to engage in physical violence, to punch people in the face,” said Cruz. “The predictable consequence of that is that it escalates, and today is unlikely to be the last such instance. We saw, earlier today, in St. Louis, over 30 arrested. That’s not how our politics should occur. You know, the city of Chicago in 1968 saw some ugly days, when politics descended into hatred and incivility and even violence. It is my hope that in 2016 we can appeal to our better angels, to avoid going down that road once again.” - Ted Cruz

So in other words, you refuse to criticize your god-king, Cruz.

Yep.

Pro-ject-ion.

Sad thing is that his comments are even WORSE than if he actually came out and said that Trump deserved it. Instead of taking a stand one way or another, he was doing ‘yeah but’ and was a smarmy sneaky lawyer on top of it.

This is the candidate you’re worshiping. Have fun with that.

Boy, did you get taken for a fool. Heh heh heh.

Cruz supporters though I’m sad they still exist, think that if Rubio drops all those votes go to Cruz because they’re anti-Trump but that’s not true, some were just Pro-Rubio.

So where do those votes go. Hard to believe they’d go to Cruz, opposite end of the spectrum. Some might go to Trump but I think the most likely situation for those voters is that they drop out and don’t vote at all.
