Usually, the rhetoric from certain "conservative" politicians and rhetoric from Limbaugh align. But once in awhile they don't, or there are important events that Limbaugh doesn't discuss.

Limbaugh is part of the established order. A certain amount of dissent is necessary, and he provides a voice to that. But other forms of dissent, legitimate dissent I might add, is off limits, because it threatens the established order.

In short, Limbaugh has engaged in a con from time to time, but not all the time. He uses the con when the issue is most important.

I think Rush is controlled at times by his hatred of Hillary. It’s a little too personal, and it fogs his brain sometimes. He has stated many times that his number-1 priority is keeping Democrats out of power. He rarely condemns any republican by name. He knows, but has never mentioned, that Elaine Chao McConnell sits on the board of Fox News, right next to the Murdochs.

When it really comes down to it, Rush Limbaugh is the epitome of cowards. He is nothing more than a two bit intellectual with ideas and beliefs that are no more insightful that what we have today on this forum. Occasionally you get some people on there who speak articulately and debate him, but usually it's some useful idiot from Little Rock, who thinks Rush is a God. I'm learning something every day on this forum. We have some extremely intelligent people here. I get private replies, that are tremendous, and I ask, "why don't you post this for everyone to read?" I post our ping list. Please use it to get your message out. If you wish to do it privately do so, but there are comments that need to be heard.

I have also noticed that. Every so often, he sends out signals to his handlers, and I have no idea what that is about.

I turned on Levin yesterday and he was ranting about Dr. Carson's endorsement of Trump.

I won't be listening again.
