As you might be aware, anyone can file a law suit in US because the plaintiff is not always required to pay for the legal & court costs of defendant even if the suit loses. And many lawyers will take of those suits because it costs little but reward can be huge by fooling the jury.
It had a d- rating. The only reason its back to an a is because it was shut down.
I don’t have “evidence” that Nigerian princes aren’t really going to trasfer a bunch of money into your bank acount either. But only a gullible person thinks either is not a scam.
