A lovely, poignant funeral.

Hard though it is to see the insufferable treatment of Michael Reagan, however. I just can not understand what that is all about, after all these years.

Michael has seemed to be always adoring of his adoptive father and mother, and equally respectful of Nancy in the role of stepmother.

The public estrangement has seemingly always been so one sided, always Michael who was excluded, but who nevertheless longed for his dad’s affection and for some regard from Nancy.

The two natural children of Ronald and Nancy were an embarrassment, self centered and hateful, always such a contrast to Michael’s life long devotion to his dad, but still it was he who was benched and they who were gifted with deference, given to hold the exclusive center of the Reagan universe.

Michael is conveniently out of the country, if he is out of the country. The grandchildren mentioned in the printed memorial are Michael’s children? I wonder?

Patti and Jr have no children so they must be Maureen and Michael’s.

Yeah totally agree, I always could not stand Ron Jr. and Patti, even now they don’t seem too broken up do they. Both of them have always been typical libs, spoiled and self centered.
