Soldiers in the U.S. Army were subjected to a presentation on “white privilege” last April, during which they were told that American society “attaches privilege to being white and male and heterosexual” and were told it was their job to do something about it.
Documents obtained from the Army through a Freedom of Information Action request made by Judicial Watch revealed a “Power and Privilege” PowerPoint slideshow included in a diversity training briefing that was presented to 400 soldiers in the 67th Signal Battalion at Fort Gordon in April 2015.

If I know US Army soldiers, all this did was P/O them. They learned the right answers, then marked down the officers responsible - just in case.

I’d point this out....these were all comm guys...fairly bright for Army folks, and I would imagine they were all laughing pretty much through the whole lecture. Once you Power-point people....they just lay there like dazed or drunk.
Any of you who were in the military know that these are basically “fill in the blocks’ programs and are fundamentally forgotten five minutes after the event. More Faculty lounge B.S. to annoy the real men and women.
Historically, it has been the “white privilige” to fight and die for their country.
The guys on the front lines fighting are overwhelmingly southern white males.
Pretty insulting, but whatever. I'm Infantry and am not offended by words. Guess I'm just a dumb grunt.
I can’t imagine a better way to foment poor morale and destroy unit cohesion than this presentation. Bullets and shells don’t see color or “privilege” so unit training that teaches soldiers to operate with that in mind just ensure poor performance.
Immediately following this Lecture in Ethnic Cleansing the Troops were all issued Spears.

Who had even heard of “white privilege” 5 years ago? Now it’s being pounded into everyone’s head.
Trying to brainwash them into attacking those evil white Americans when Hussein gives the order, around the November timeframe.

I was thinking something similar.
My GT score was 147.
My MOS’ included 19F/armor crewman and 19D/Scouts, I drove a FAC track for a year and learned a bit of that from the Airedales.
I was in bn FDC doing manual fire direction (charts and darts, pre-computers) in an 8” howitzer bn too.
There were lots of combat arms guys with higher GTs than mine too.
