Texas isn’t a winner take all unless some goes above 50%. Pretty sure its there.
There are like 34 elections for president in Texas. It’s down to districts etc. 51% does not get you all of the delegates.
Don’t think Cruz gets 50% in TX...delegates are then proportional. Morale victory for Cruz, but the bottom line is Trump leads in delegate count...two weeks is next big night.
