Wow, the NY Attorney General must be a fortune teller, if he could guess in 2013 (when the suit was filed) that Donald Trump would be a factor in politics in 2016.

A quick google search for his ads for "Trump University" will prove your allegation as pure nonsense. It appears He committed Fraud. He is going to have his day in court but as of today it isn't looking so good for Donald.
Actually, there has been a law on the books in NY that barred him from using the word “University”.
If there was political bias related to the date the decision ws released, it would have been releaased weeks or months ago.
What kind of idiots really believe that a 3 days course in real estate investing is a university? That’s just made up stuff.
It looks like we are being railroaded. Funny that the local governments have no problem with private and state universities selling crappy majors to teenagers for tens of thousands of dollars each year. Mind you not all majors are “crappy” but many of them are, i.e. Women's Studies.
