98% were positive.

The chief complainer (Tarla) has now withdrawn from the (Five Person Class Action). And now there are four.

Trump's attorneys are saying...Hey, wait a minute...she's the one that started this lawsuit. She can't opt out.

Maybe it's the video she made praising the seminars....before she asked for her money back and filed suit.

First of all, Trump only licensed the use of his name to this business.

In the promo video he says he hand picked the instructors.

Hmmm. After reading the article, this appears to be a very technical ruling regarding which statute of limitations applies.

That’s it.

Interesting how the LSM is spinning this...

Wow, the NY Attorney General must be a fortune teller, if he could guess in 2013 (when the suit was filed) that Donald Trump would be a factor in politics in 2016.

It is no more legal to defraud stupid people than it is to defraud intelligent people.

prediction:

Attorney General Eric Schneiderman
will end up like Spitzer

He is a hypocrite libtard who took campaign funds from gambling related interests
The fourth highest beneficiary of gaming contributions was Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, who received $129,500, according to the report.

The recent top beneficiaries of campaign contributions have been the New York State Democratic Assembly Campaign Committee ($414,750), the Senate Republican Campaign Committee ($403,750) and Gov. Cuomo ($361,500), according to data compiled by Common Cause of contributions from 2011 through July 2013.

Democratic State Sen. Jeff Klein — also a legislative leader as head of the Independent Democratic Conference — got $51,800 from gambling interests. He voted for the referendum, but not before pushing for some casino revenue to go to a “Dream Fund” for young immigrants.

Then the same supposed adult gives 98% positive evaluation until a shyster lawyer tells him he can sue! Google the attorneys bringing charges ...just got out of jail.

I'll be blunt. B.S. His ads say HE PERSONALLY hand picks people to teach. It's all down hill from there. A quick google search for his ads for "Trump University" will prove your allegation as pure nonsense. It appears He committed Fraud. He is going to have his day in court but as of today it isn't looking so good for Donald.

Actually, there has been a law on the books in NY that barred him from using the word “University”.

If there was political bias related to the date the decision ws released, it would have been releaased weeks or months ago.

What kind of idiots really believe that a 3 days course in real estate investing is a university? That’s just made up stuff.

Too bad the Federal Government is not as aggressive towards Hillary and her private server.

It looks like we are being railroaded. Funny that the local governments have no problem with private and state universities selling crappy majors to teenagers for tens of thousands of dollars each year. Mind you not all majors are “crappy” but many of them are, i.e. Women's Studies.

BS...That’s what the suit was about early on. You can’t just say 5000 plaintiffs. You must name the plaintiffs and there were 5 and now there are 4.

Was not at least one suit given class action and RICO status.(Maybe the one in California)

If that is the case, anyone that took the courses can make a claim if the plaintiffs win.

“In the promo video he says he hand picked the instructors.”

So? What does that have to do with this? You are just grasping at straws...

There you go again, bringing facts into a Donald Trump discussion. You should know by now that is not allowed.

It's what his supporters "Feel" about any issue that matters.
