well, a lot of our new migrants don’t wipe at all, or use their left hands

Just don’t use those 3-leaf plants or you’ll feel the Bern for sure

I guess they will just have to convert to Islam and start wiping their ass with their bare hand.

Sean Penn should refuse to wipe in solidarity. He helped bring this about. Where is he?

At one of our camps, there was an outhouse. There was a basket of leaves in lieu of TP. Totally biodegradable.

I think it was an old “Bush Tucker Man” show where Les said
that it was the hollow hairs of the plant that got stuck
in the skin and exposed nerves to air that caused the pain.

Why do they need toilet paper? They’ve run out of food.

There were so many things in Oz that could kill or paralyze you. Snakes and spiders were the worse. The Funnel Web spider would actually chase you, they could bite right through sneakers. If your lawn had an infestation of them you’d have to dig down three feet and have all that dirt removed.

So I bet if you asked Bernie about a toilet paper shortage, this is what he'd say:

He's already given some indication of what he'd say. Didn't he previously complain about there being too many different deodorants or shampoos? This is pure socialist-think. Rather than allow the market to decide, some government official sticks their nose in and decides off-the-cuff, "there's too many of this...no one needs that many choices! We could direct those resources elsewhere!"

And so it begins...

Still, less painful than listening to Hillary speak or laugh.

Back in the 70s, Russia made toothbrushes but forgot to make toothpaste.

I can imagine Bernie (if he were in charge) complaining about the number of choices of toilet paper (like he did for deodorants) - until we get to the place where we don’t have any

I'm no economist, and I'm sure there are many brilliant PhDs who would say that socialism really does work. All Venezuela has to do is go deeper in debt, and print more money, the way we do it here in the U.S.A.

Hey John Kass - hellhholes like Venezuela and Haiti can't just 'print money' because they're NOT reserve currencies. We are... but the Iranians, Chinese and Russians are working to take that away from us. Then WE won't be able to 'print money' to pay off our debt either.

Trump understands such things... ask him how close we are to being Venezuela...(PS John Kass - if it was a easy as you think every third world country on the planet would be printing money.... Walk over to the University of Chicago and speak to one of their economics professors... they'll explain it all)

“We’re not, we’re not trying to push financial reform because we begrudge success that’s fairly earned. I mean, I do think at a certain point you’ve made enough money. But, you know, part of the American way is, you know, you can just keep on making it if you’re providing a good product or providing good service.”

Anybody who was "in the bush" in Viet Nam will remember this stuff. Real toilet paper was worth it's weight in gold.
