As I understand it Trump intends to reduce the amount of money the U.S. Government sends to Mexico over some number of years to pay for the wall. If so, Mexico will have little say about whether the pay for it or not.

Is Trump bluffing?
As President will he have the power?
Are we actually giving that kind of money to Mexico?
If anyone knows they should speak up.
Trump rides the tiger at his own risk. He fails on the wall he will be devoured.
Is Trump bluffing? No I don’t think he is.
As President will he have the power? It’s already law, so yes.
Are we actually giving that kind of money to Mexico? No. And congress won’t give it to him either.
