Donald Trump said Monday night that he believes Hillary Clinton will likely get away with her use of a private email server while she was secretary of state. But the GOP front-runner quickly revived the visibly disappointed Las Vegas audience by promising that as president, he would be sure to prosecute Clinton.
Fox News' Sean Hannity asked Trump in front of a live Nevada audience if his attorney general would go after Clinton should an investigation find she broke the law while serving in the Obama administration.
"I think you have to do that," Trump responded, delivering some of his strongest remarks against the Democrat since he entered the race last June.

Zero should be careful and certain there is not a contract on him
I’ve heard Trump has mob ties
He can try that, but I think it will be considered political.
Certainly when Obama let Hillary get away with thousands of felonies.
Not the girls fault........Hillary and Bernie are promising “free college”. If as Trump states, the number one question he is asked, then it is and will be a campaign issue, so he better figure out “what something he is going to do.” OR maybe “the president doesn’t control college costs” will be an effective answer.
Did you read the article? That's exactly what Trump said:
Fox News' Sean Hannity asked Trump in front of a live Nevada audience if his attorney general would go after Clinton should an investigation find she broke the law while serving in the Obama administration. "I think you have to do that," Trump responded,
The fantasies run deep.
BS.
As your president, if any member of my administration violates the law, especially national security laws, that person will be fired and prosecuted. In my administration, no one is above the law.
We've heard this kind of talk for years. This is exactly what we're tired of hearing. Same ol', same ol'.
Empty threat yes.
Has any administration gone back and prosecuted any member of a previous administration? Seems to me that indictments and prosecutions happen to people who are currently in positions of power. Once the new admin comes in, it seems that all sins are forgiven and the previous criminals walk away.
So Trump decided to attack a Democrat rather than a Republican for a change. That’s refreshing.
The Powers That Be *WILL* take Trump out.
It would either have to be:
"I pardon her for anything and everything she has or has not done",
OR
"I pardon her for the following - 100 itemized pages follow"
Trump will be our next President.
As President, I would give everyone a million dollars, declare world peace, stamp out world hunger...
Blah, blah, blah
Ya, but all the talking heads will tell you that Trump’s negatives are way higher than their selected elite candidate RUBIO. Make Rubio the candidate and I guarantee the GOPe I will not vote for Pres.
You can definitely tell the Trumpsters from the rational people.
Trump will be our next President.
Even if he is I see no reason to believe his promise to prosecute Clinton to be anything more than another empty threat. He promised the goods on Obama's birth certificate. Nothing. He threatened to sue Cruz over eligibility if he didn't apologize. Nothing. Now he's threatening to prosecute Clinton and that, too, will be a big, fat nothing.
Trump just served notice that Clinton’s toast unless she wins or Obama pardons her.
He’ll own her foundation if she’s losing in October.
What happens if 0dunga gives Hillary a blanket pardon?
Trump to prosecute Hillary. Right.
The same Trump who donated to Hillary’s political campaigns. The same Trump who donated to the Clinton Foundation. The same Trump who invited her to his wedding. The same Trump who just in 2012, after Hillary’s disastrous run at State, said:
“Hillary Clinton I think is a terrific woman. I am biased because I have known her for years. I live in New York. She lives in New York. I really like her and her husband both a lot. I think she really works hard. And I think, again, she’s given an agenda, it is not all of her, but I think she really works hard and I think she does a good job. I like her.”
