Donald Trump on Monday night once again ratcheted up his attacks on Sen. Ted Cruz, calling his GOP presidential rival "sick."
"This guy is sick. There's something wrong with this guy," Trump said Monday night as he slammed Cruz for the senator's campaign tactics, including the attack ads Cruz and his allies have run against Trump.
Cruz's campaign has run several ads scrutinizing Trump's record on a variety of issues important to conservatives.
Trump has repeatedly slammed Cruz since the Texas senator surged in the polls ahead of the Iowa caucuses and has since ramped up his attacks on him since Cruz beat Trump in the Iowa contest.
Campaigning in South Carolina last week, Trump also called Cruz "unstable" and "a basket case."
Trump also pointed out Monday that he beat Cruz out for the most support among evangelical voters in the South Carolina primary and said evangelicals voted against Trump because "they don't like liars."
"They're really smart people. They don't want to vote for a liar," Trump said Monday to a crowd of thousands packed into a Las Vegas arena.
Cruz, who has sought to position himself as the one "true conservative" in the race, has ramped up his attacks about Trump, bashing the Republican frontrunner for his "New York values" and suggesting Trump is not conservative.

I assume trumps purpose here is to make sure I will never support him, even in the general.
Trump has succeeded .
Is it “sick” to say that someone believes in abortion when they do not now believe in abortion but did believe in it 6 years or so ago?
Is it “sick” to misrepresent another’s CURRENT views when you know those aren’t their current views?
Also, what does “sick” mean in street vernacular as opposed to what it means from the mouth of a medical doctor?
How are things settled between Carson and Cruz? Their meeting in the closet did not go well.
I assume trumps purpose here is to make sure I will never support him, even in the general.
Trump has succeeded .
Clinton wins, good job Trump!
He needs to do less of this evisceration of his fellow (R)'s and come down harder on Barky and the witch.
It's a short term gain, long term unforced error.
LOL! As if nobody who supports Cruz has ever used outright lies and low-down ruses to try to slam Trump. If he's making it all up, then one would assume that Cruz would slap back and hard......................waiting for the retaliation and "here's why what Trump said is a lie"........
Both sides do the same crap day after day and only recognize it in the other side - makes us all look pathetic.
Its just CNN carrying water for Trump.
So its about “feelings” for you? Voted for Obama too then I guess.
Its this kind of unneccesary insult that will make it very hard for me to ever support Trump.
playing with little boys still or did you quit?
“No, Why donât YOU give us an example of Cruz going in the gutter in a speech.”
Last night, on O’Reilly, he lied when he said Trump was for citizenship for illegals.
Haha. I’ve followed your posts for mos. You were never going to vote for Trump.
If you claim otherwise, link me to a past post of yours in which you mention the possibility, however remote, of supporting Trump.
‘Last night, on O’Reilly, he lied when he said Trump was for citizenship for illegals.’
You have got to be kidding! The more Cruz gets caught lying, the more he lies!
Now please stop following me.
Well Teddy will have time to explain this!
FEC calling, and here’s a nice 84-page “query” on apparent irregularities in your FEC reports, including donations that facially exceed contribution limits, contributions from apparent foreign nationals and other organizations that facially appear to be illegal along with “travel” expenses that were not itemized as required.

His call is that he can’t take his foot off the gas pedal yet.
I tend to agree. SEC Primary is upcoming. If he can defeat Cruz in Texas, then Cruz is knocked out. Florida is a week and a half later. If he defeats Rubio in Florida then Rubio is out. Ohio is 3 days later. If he defeats Kasich in Ohio, then Kasich is out.
This will continue until 15 March in my opinion. And it makes sense in terms of battle.
Last night, on OâReilly, he lied when he said Trump was for citizenship for illegals.

He has already said, the “good ones” will be allowed to come back, so has his son. It is called touch and go amnesty.
See even that is an attack on policy, he didn’t call Trump sick, a serial adulterer, a cradle robber talk about his incent fantasies about Ivanka, and so on.
Let’s try again policy differences are in the gutter, calling people child molestersm sick and so on is.
Did the FEC say that regardless if Cruz complied, they may still prosecute? I thought I read that somewhere.
Cruz probably caught his craziness from hanging around Beck too long.
I can’t wait until March 15 to vote for Mr. Trump here in FL.
EARLY voting begins FEB 29 in FL!
