My point is, if you didnât know it was published, then . . . .
My point was that when cruz fought to get TPA through congress, TPP was classified and under guard during the negotiations and votes. The fact that it may no longer be classified now has no relevance to that fact. But, no I don't know that it is fully publish now. Last I heard it has blank pages to be filled in by obumber at his convenience.

TED CRUZ: Sure. There is a lot of confusion, and thereââ¬â¢s unfortunately a lot of misinformation that you can get on the internet, that people are confused. So letââ¬â¢s explain what each of those three are. TPA is trade promotion authority. Thatââ¬â¢s also known as fast track. That is the process through which free trade agreements are negotiated. Historically since FDR, virtually every president has had fast track authority. What fast track provides is simply if a free trade agreement is negotiated, the Congress will vote on it up or down without amendment. And history has demonstrated for the last 80 years that the only way to get free trade agreements adopted is to have fast track, that if there is no fast track, free trade agreements do not end up being negotiated. TPA is what the Senate voted on recently. I voted in favor of fast track, because I support free trade.

"We aren't talking about the TPP you nut, the discussion is about Fast Track Authority, "
You can NOT COMPREHEND, can you ? CAN YOU NOT READ
THE WORDS "Fast Track Authority" ?
Okay, FOR THE
EXTREMELY DENSE WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO RESEARCH ON TERMS: The fast track authority for brokering trade agreements is the authority of the President of the United States to negotiate international agreements
that Congress can approve or deny
but cannot amend or filibuster.
Renamed the trade promotion authority (TPA) in 2002,
fast track negotiating authority is an impermanent power granted by Congress to the President.Fast track authority remained in effect from 1975 to 1994, pursuant to the Trade Act of 1974, and from 2002 to 2007 by the Trade Act of 2002.
Although it technically expired in July of 2007, it remained in effect for agreements that were already under negotiation until their passage in 2011.
The following year, the Obama administration sought renewal of TPA authority, and in June of 2015, it passed Congress and was signed into law by the President.
The approval of this TPA legislation conferred on the Obama administration"enhanced power to negotiate major trade agreements with Asia and Europe."
Now let's really take a close look at HOW the
Trans-Pacific Partnership was passed. (It took me a long time to track it down.)
Now look at
HOW TED CRUZ VOTED on THAT VOTE.

Fast Track Authority is exactly what Cruz voted before dealing with the Free Trade Agreement!
He states that HIMSELF.

Could there have been more then one vote?
He voted for the Fast Track Authority the first time and against the TPA the second time!

So, stop spamming me with your idiotic nonsense-Cruz admits voting for fast track!
Clearly, there were two different votes, and the first time he voted for fast track.

What is pathetic is Senator Principled Conservative (TM) campaigning in the U. S. Senate for the most lawless POTUS in history because his fat cat donors want 5,000 page TPP passed. There is simply nothing principled or conservative about enabling Barack Obama and Ted Cruz sadly did just that.
