President Obama called local officials in Kalamazoo, Michigan, Monday morning to pledge federal resources for their probe of a mass shooting, and said the tragedy highlights the need for more gun laws.
"Clearly we're going to need to do more if we're going to keep innocent Americans safe," Mr. Obama told the nation's governors at a White House meeting. "I've got to assume that all of you are just as tired as I am of seeing this stuff happen in your states."
Mr. Obama said he took executive actions on gun control earlier this year "that will make it harder for dangerous people like this individual [in Kalamazoo] to buy a gun." But he called on the governors "to partner and think about what we can do in a common-sense way, in a bipartisan way, without some of the ideological rhetoric that so often surrounds that issue."

Let’s see, this perp had NO criminal record, I repeat, NO criminal record, AND he passed a Uber background check so tell me again Obama, how would you stop a person with NO criminal history from owning a gun, besides the obvious, taking away ALL of our guns? Maybe we should ban Uber

Well yes, that in a nutshell is where Chairman O and liberals in general want to be...no guns for you. They, on the other hand, should be allowed becuase theyre somehow better (in every way) than non-liberals. Liberals, like Chairman O, arent talking about a gun free society. On the contrary theyre talking about a society where the populace is generally disarmed exc for govt and the select. This allows them to more easily force their agenda on you. Therell be no need for silly things like consensus or voting. Its much eaier to rule by force.

Exemptions for the disabled who desire an exemption, and for conscientious objectors. Handgun issuance and training to accompany voter's registration.
