Do not fly United...I would sue them...
I had bad service from Delta years back. Didn’t get any where. Then I sent a certified letter to the Delta CEO. I got answered . This guy’s lawyer needs to do the same to the CEO of United. As my entrepreneurial grandfather used to say.....”Always start at the top.”
