It’s on my list...this week is call my handyman and see if he can come Saturday and take away a twin bed, 2 18th century tvs, and several more things. I’ll ask him what he thinks about being able to widen my Mom’s bathroom door/an estimate, 2 drawers in the kitchen need the rails tightened, install 2 new LED light fixtures in the garage, and several more things that I used to be able to do, but the knees don’s allow anymore. Then, after the move is finished to the new office, I will start getting estimates for the on-demand water thingy.

I’ve never gone as far as to check out prices on those water heaters. I don’t think they’re too outrageous. Guess it depends on who you get it from. Hope that all works out for you.

The back will calm down eventually. It fires up from time to time and has for years. I’ve learned to just live with it and wait it out. The heating pad will help with getting to sleep when I go to bed.
