If they’ve been through the court system there should be some sort of documents on all of them.
How do they know, considering they are “undocumented”?
What’s their point? That somehow 7,000 illegal alien prisoners are okay?
How many millions are we spending on these people per year...year in and year out.
My bet is that the number is much higher...but they are suing all sorts of weasel methods to doctor the numbers. Like maybe a whole bunch of them are actually documented in terms of knowing who they are, but that they are still be completely illegal.
You see how they could let 10,000 and more through and not count them?
Like I said a little further downthread:
In my imaginary world where we would deport illegal immigrant felons we’d also have immigration policies that are vigorously enforced and a wall across the southern border. I know it’s fantasy but one can hope, right?
