Suppose he does, and the court rules that one American citizen parent does not suffice for NBC status?

So what?

By the way, how foolish would Trump look when they played tapes or him saying that cruz is elegible, and then saying the opposite.

Then the case would get appealed, and eventually make its way up to the Supreme Court... then what?

Suppose he does, which he won’t, what court do you seem to believe (don’t think trumpbots actually think)is going to rule either way? The SCOTUS? Supremes are now short one and wouldn’t make any significant decision until a new Judge is seated sometime in late 2017. Once Cruz is sworn in he’s President, period, according to the Constitution.

Trump will not sue for one he knows he does not have standing and two, it would immediately take away his empty threat.

Already been decided in Illinois (one of the least friendly courts). The only way to change the ruling would end up in the Supreme Court and an unfavorable ruling would invalidate Obama as well. He only had one parent who was a citizen of the USA at the time of his birth. No one will touch it on that aspect.

Considering by law a single parent suffices for any other natural citizen, why would court find to the contrary just for NBC. Even someone born out of wedlock is still a citizen, or do you also dispute that?

Critical thinking really is your friend.
