Powell was right in the fact that he said if Saddam goes , it will create a vacuum in the region ...we are seeing it now ..he was right The vacuum would have been closed quickly back in 1991. The Soviet Union had collapsed and the Berlin wall came down. Iran was weak and Libya was quiet.
That is not the situation today.
