True, there has been an Election since Obama was elected. That means if a Justice were to be appointed, it would be on Obama to submit a nominee that would be acceptable and confirmed by the Republican Senate. If Obama can't do that, then it should wait on the further election. If Obama can, then so be it, that is the way things are setup and it works. We can't just decide to set aside the Constitution for a year while we have an election.
I for one don't think it is wise to speak in absolute terms regarding a pre-decided outcome.

I don’t trust anyone in the government to pursue an honest investigation into the cause of Justice Scalia’s death.
The timing of his death is just too convenient for the democrats.
There is no bottom to the depth this evil administration will sink to accomplish Obama’s sworn transformation of the nation.
The constitution makes the rules and the constitutions says that the senate gets a say in it. so, like it or not, there it is.

There’s no way the Democrats didn’t have Scalia assassinated. Their reactions just come off as too prepared, and the timing of his death comes at a moment when Hitlery would have otherwise been subject to public scrutiny.
