No. They are going to keep the money and send the Trump campaign a ‘list’.
You know. it takes a lot of work and effort to send a list.

They never said anything about turning the money over to Trump. I doubt they’ll even give him a list.
If you read this email closely you’ll realize that what the RNC actually wants is a two pound postage-due packet of used tea-bags. (At least that’s what I’m planning on sending them.)
