Cruzbots would love to control the conservative narrative. Unfortunately, they don’t. Trump taught you a lesson that you are even now unwilling to learn. Want to own the word conservative? Look directly into the camera and say things like, “No more Muslims.” People will start paying attention because they know you aren’t playing the game anymore. It’s clobberin’ time.

He is like the bulldozer that cuts a path through the overgrown trees to begin to build a road back to the rundown City on the Hill. The next guy can pave it after Trump dynamites and builds a road back to America.

But there will be no road back to America when he is finished, just as there was no road back to the Roman Republic when Julius Caesar was finished. Trump will make America great again, but he will never make it America again, meaning the America our Founders fought Britain for.

The only man who has a chance of making America America again is Cruz, and it may even be too late for him: if Brutus had taken over instead of Julius, Rome would have gone Imperial in another generation at best.

Thanks for the amazing pic....finally found Donald way down there on the podium...under the Jumbotron.

BTW, Cruz is getting nowhere near Donald/s crowds so self-serving Cruz invents a new angle.

Sez that Trump crowd is not as impressive as the crowd Ted got in SC.

But the catch is Ted pulled a fast one.....he cheated to get that crowd b/c they had already paid admission to a concert.

The indefatigable Ted Cruz got himself an invite to say the prayer.

=========================================

Does Cruz ever sleep? He/s constantly looking for new angles.

The opportunistic Cruz continuously builds himself up on someone else/s labors.

That/s Cruz/s Harvard-educated Ivy League mind at work.

You are right, to a point. This thread he would prefer to resemble a safe zone, but that doesn't mean "no criticism." Bray knows his piece is partisan, and he's willing take on opposition. He's always been gracious about accepting criticism of his work. Reasoned criticism doesn't equal "food fight."

It’s a good thing you listed the entire post because your link leads to a different post: What if Lenin is wrong?

No doubt this is exactly why we need him.

Will he be able to resist the gravitational waves when power and corruption collide?

“Donald Trump shouldn’t be President because he’s mean and swears a lot.”.........

EXACTLY what this country needs, a real John Wayne kind of guy.

It’s the next step when demagogues try to take over.

Look at how big our crowds are.

Resistance is futile.

The election is over, Trump has it in the bag.

We are no longer willing to discuss it.

The debate is over.

Not for me. Not for my country. With only 1/3 of the voters for Trump, this thing is far from over.

Trump has the makings of a Tyrant. Here’s why:

1. His appeal is all about the cult of personality. Many of his supporters (I’m not directing this at you) on Brietbart’s comments section, blindly follow him and spout the same shallow mantras without any details.

2. He seems to be all over the map when it comes to positions. In one of the first debates, he praised socialized medicine in Canada and Scotland. He also has decades of donating money to democrats and RINOs. He’s been super rich for a long time, so the “pay to play” argument does not work. If he had conservative principles, he could have funded conservative causes and candidates. Instead, he funded Mitch McConnell’s campaign against Tea Party candidate Matt Bevin.

3. He offers a lot of bluster but few details. “Make America Great” and “Build the Wall” are great lines but they have no depth.
