Not sure there were gestures, in reading it was a verbal offense.
Speech.
You soon will not be able to verbalize your thoughts.
See the day when *They* will find your thoughts offensive, as shown by the baker, flower lady, photographers and couple that hosts weddings.

Read where the preacher asked “how it was against the law to use biological terms”................
When re-reading the ‘offendeeeeee’ made the charges of gestures, cop charges him.
“It doesn’t matter, freedom of speech.
Someone was offended -
that’s against the law.
I don’t want to argue with you. That’s against the law.”
The officer then ‘kinda’ backs off and charged him with
“someone was offended”
