Most Democratic proposals hurt Black America (or some subgroup of it). So long as they can also keep most of Black America trapped in the public school system, they can probably keep getting away with it. If Black leaders had the interests of Black America at heart, there would have been rioting over Obama removing people's school voucher rights rather than riots over black kids killed by cops.
Bad schooling is destroying a lot more black lives than the number of people killed by cops, even if you include all the non-blacks people cops kill, and even if you assume everyone cops kill is totally innocent (which is clearly not the case).
I wonder if he just lost the votes of 500,000 crime victims?
Then again, according to AmnestyUSA, China carries out more executions than the rest of the world put together

Not 95% but definitely close to 45% are pick one: poorly educated and ignorant, stupid, don’t care, just want their side to win, vote most attractive candidate, or would really like to subjugate the masses.
Yup. If China didn’t use things like summary executions they’d have a MUCH higher incarceration rate/numbers than we have.

I can live with it. So long as the rule is that nobody goes to prison, we can just kill troublemakers and not worry about being incarcerated ourselves.
That's actually not a bad solution, and one that I think we are inching towards with each passing year.

According to the US Federal Bureau of Prisons, the federal government currently has 195,730 inmates in federal prison.

These are the *only* inmates whose sentences can by pardoned or commuted by the POTUS. That is, unless the federal courts convict some 304,270 people during his term in office, which he immediately pardons.
