A neighbor of my brother is an ex-Seal guy and gave a little self-defense class to his daughter’s friends. Then it got bigger and he does it professionally and on-line.
One of his on-line intros talks about people (he’s mainly talking to women) don’t want to do the nasty stuff. But then he explains how you need to fight, and fight hard. Gouging eyeballs, biting ears off, etc. Don’t fight “nice”.
