I think the onus is on Cruz to prove it before he takes us all down the yellow brick road. He would make a great President, but if he is ineligible, and attains the Presidency, it would set a legal precedent for others not so “great” to run for the Presidency after.

Wrong. The onus is on the accusers to prove it. There’s no reason for Cruz to waste his time proving a negative.
