I am a deacon in a Southern baptist Church and the more I see of Ted Cruz the less I like him. I can’t put my finger on the issue but the more of him I see the more oleaginous he appears.
I had to look up "oleaginous". It fits, and I agree.
The reason Ted Cruz does not want to legally resolve his citizenship issue is that it cannot be resolved in his favor, i.e. any honest resolution will show that he has never been a US citizen, period.
I feel the same way.
I mean, he seems to hit most of the right points and he speaks and debates well, but something inside me is raising a red flag
“oleaginous”
Now there’s a word I haven’t seen or heard since my dear grandmother (southern baptist deacon’s wife) left to her reward.
On a conservative forum can we judge the candidates on the issues and not “likability?”
I can find you a lot of likable Democrats. Joe Biden for one. Would you vote for him over Cruz?
I said the same thing last week the more I see of him the less I like him!! It is the VERY CAREFUL legal speak, I can’t stand it !!!!!! All politicians speak the same way!!! That is why I chose Trump he just says it like it is and lets the cards fall where they may it is so refreshing after all of the careful legal speak we endure from these guys and gals!!! I also am very grateful there are no donors pulling his strings he CAN say what he wants!!!
