Cruz has to approve the details of the ad (message). What the actress did in her personal life is not relevant to the ad or his campaign. I’m sure that one of the people who partook in the creation of his ads was pro-choice, you aren’t going to pull the ads over it. He is not receiving endorsements from those people, they were paid to make an ad and that was their job. Cruz approves the production and the message. That is why it isn’t an issue. The other shenanigans that Cruz approved is all his to own.

Right, it’s a non-issue. But what I’m saying is that someone running a presidential campaign, who counts on other people that he delegates to do these things for him, how can he know every freaking detail? You can’t. It would drive a person crazy! It’s just a minor slip-up that’s not his fault.
