Secretary of state John Kerry has tonight announced a deal that will see a ceasefire in Syrian within a week following a meeting of The International Syria Support Group in Berlin.

Earlier in the day, Kerry tweeted that he had spoken with Sergey Lavrov, the Russian foreign minister, about the need for an end to fighting in the Middle Eastern nation.

However, it is unclear which of the multiple forces fighting in Syria have signed up to the ceasefire, or how it will be enforced.

This administration is supplying isis through Trukey and the Saudis. All that oil is trucked from the Isis held oil fields to Turkey. Turkeys presidents son is the lead man on that. The Saudis are financing it and most likely greasing this administartions palms to hold off the rest as long as they can.
That is why they dont want the Russians in there because of the oil revenue that could be had by transporting oil through Syria to the ports in Turkey so they dont have to go around Africa. They need to get rid of Assad and Putin needs to stop it because it takes the monopoly away from Russia in regs to Europe.

Much as anyone hates to admit it. Trump is right on that one. The financing (banks) are a big key and the Saudis are in the front lines.

It would be Munich, wouldn't it? Hope nobody brings up Poland. A feller can only take so much deja vu.

I seem to recall another deal in Munich that worked, well, not so well for the Czechs. But, British PM Neville Chamberlain bragged about his deal with Reich Chancellor Hitler as “peace in our time”. On 1 September 1939, the world began a six year blood letting on a massive scale caused World War 2.

If Kerry is going to Munich to announce a Syrian War ceasefire, yeah, I'm sure that's really going to work....NOT. John F’ing Kerry is a legend in his own mind as a diplomat. Oh, yeah, did you know JFK was in Viet Nam? We're still not sure on whose side he was fighting. Some think it was with the VC/NVA.

Is not hard to dig into this BS these days.
Youtube is our friend and so is the internet.

I be danged if Putin himself didnt spill the beans on this. Then, all I did was see if he was out and out lying or not.
I found out that most of the problems in the Ukraine area related to the pipelines running across there. Then, if the Saudis get a pipeline across Syria, Putin loses the monopoly into Europe. If Putin gains a foothold in that area, he will control about 60% of the worlds oil. He CAN NOT afford to lose that monopoly. The Russian economy is already at its breaking point.
On the other hand, Obama is supplying Isis. The Saudis are controlling Obama, as they did with Bush. That is why we went into Iraq most likely. The Turks are into this up to their eyes and making a hell of a lot of money off it. So they supply Isis also and make out like they dont. That is why Iran and the Saudis are going at it. Iran thinks it can take that area and the oil with the help of Russia.
The key is the Kurds. Nobody likes them and they could hold the key to the whole thing. Break that Cartel, stop Putins advances into that area and the whole thing calms down to a point.

What does that thread have to do with the so called "rebels" NOT being jihadist? You hear the rebels yelling Allah Akbar when they are trying to shoot or blow crap up, just like the jihadists. Haven't heard Allah Akbar from watching the Syrian army during their operations in videos. You still have not refuted the claim that the rebels are not jihadists.

Talking to some young Turks who were studying at Binghamton University about three years ago, I got the impression that they believed their government to be beyond control of the people. Their hope was to stay in the United States with a high tech job. Under no circumstances did they want to go back home.

Things seem to have degenerated since then.

Kerry will just get in front of a reporter and say it is done, just like Iran, did those papers ever get signed?

Oh yea might want to ask Putin!

Obama is Muslim, so he’s well acquainted with the concept of “hudna.”
