No! She is articulating the Dominion Doctrine that says the man can bring on the Kingdom of Heaven here on Earth. It denies that only Jesus’ Return can end Satan’s Ownership of the Earth. No, she described the Cruz family as showing America the "face of God". Christ's face was the manifestation of God in the physical. It had nothing to do with principles, or liberty, or campaign values.
