When she says “Judeo-Christian”, she is referring to the Old Testament (Torah) and the New Testament (Good News) bible.
This is to draw a distinction between Protestant Christians and the other groups who call themselves Christian (Mormons, Scientologist, Jehovah Witness, etc.) who have their own doctrine and bible.
