Obama had four major partial victories, one in each of the economy, health care, Iraq, and climate change. It’s not his fault that we don’t appreciate his brilliance. It’s not his fault that events outside his control kept those victories from producing good results. He did stuff, and it was consequential, so we need to bask in the glory that is Obama.
