Do you have an idea how to make the 25% not paying for HC pay for it?

You can't - it's a behemoth gov’t program that can't be shut down.......BUT.......it can be cored out and that starts by killing the fraud first and foremost.

The concepts of allowing for cross state buying and HSAs address those that have insurance and need alternatives.

You want to core Medicare out - you want to give the states the tools to root out fraud. Give them auditors, FBI agents, funding for prosecutions. That will reduce the cost and allow for the system to be used ONLY by those who need it.

Going after big drug companies for drug pricing allocation and then promoting expanding Medicare to cover the rest is not the best first step.
