IMHO the best possible response is to have all Alumni donors to the college to write the college and immediately cease their donations to the college.

What this employee voluntarily wrote and published on an open social media site is unacceptable in any civilized community. The fact that he is still employed says that the entire administration of the college approves his actions.

Parents. don’t risk your daughters or grand daughters at that school. Regardless of what it was when you attended it has morphed into something unrecognizable today.

One final thought, if you don’t act on this immediately, you too have become an enabler of this thing!
