It’s been clear for a decade that Europe is ‘dying’ demographically. The elites (read Merkel) have decided that their country’s economy’s should continue running during the doom, so they are importing the nearest source of cheap labor. You see, people like Hillary, Obama, Bush & Merkel don’t want to go broke waiting for the End to Come. Besides they’ll just jet off to some private island somewhere and set themselves up as a Count or Duke or something.
Europe in general and Germany in particular has no need for "cheap labor". Skilled labor, yes; but that's not the muzzies.
The simplest answer might again be the correct one: It's a humanitarian gesture gone bad.
