Done for a purpose, they had it down to a science, and people like Caesar and Cicero were masters of it.
Trump and Cruz are modern masters of rhetoric, that which works in these times.
There is method to this madness.
The things driving us to the breaking point are greater than the demagogues. They are also being driven before the wind.
