Rogers v. Bellei, 401 U.S. 815 (1971),
Miller v. Albright, 523 U.S. 420 (1998), or any of the several other cases that rely and depend on a rule of law that all citizens who are born abroad are citizens by naturalization. That authority that makes me a liar in your eyes has a number of serious logical errors as well. It is cleverly written, "magical" almost. Many people are fooled by it.
