So does D.C. have political correctness in their fire department? Fat boys that can’t carry victims out of buildings and little girls that can’t do the same and people that can’t read?

I’m somewhat with the station on Capitol Hill after stopping there one day. I didn’t notice anyone obviously out of shape. I did notice the engine looked like crap. I doubt anyone one there lifted a hand to shine it much less fix the rusty spots.

The problems with EMS in the capital are far, far worse than mere political correctness.

Anything is possible here regarding affirmative action or political correctness. I will take a swing, and it is along the lines of what FoxInSocks posted.
The problem is that emergency medical services to the citizens needs to be improved. The Fire Chief and the unions appear to be in DILLIGAS mode. Their attitude is that they are there to get paid, and expecting anything else is of no great concern.

The District of Columbia is run by black democrats.
Feel free to draw your own conclusions.
