Amazon actually carries it, as does any kosher grocery store. If a chocolate bar says “parve” or “pareve”, it is dairy-free. Jews can’t eat meat and milk together, so many products are produced “pareve” (neutral: neither meat nor milk) so that they can be consumed with meat or milk.
